Training Description
OSHA 30-Hour General Industry is an advanced workplace safety and health program designed for supervisors, managers, safety committee members, maintenance personnel, and employees with safety responsibilities. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, risk assessment, and safety management practices used to create safer workplaces.
Participants will explore a broad range of occupational safety and health topics, including OSHA standards, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, hazard communication, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, fire prevention, fall protection, accident investigation, job hazard analysis, and safety management systems. Through practical examples, discussions, and real-world applications, participants will gain the knowledge needed to identify hazards, improve compliance, and strengthen workplace safety programs.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course completion card.
