Training Description
Learn to Lead with True Colors is an interactive leadership development program designed for emerging leaders, frontline supervisors, team leads, and individuals preparing for future leadership roles. Through a combination of self-assessments, group discussions, practical exercises, and workplace application activities, participants develop the foundational skills needed to lead effectively in today's evolving workplace.
Using the True Colors personality assessment framework, participants gain a deeper understanding of their own communication styles, motivations, and strengths while learning how to build productive relationships with individuals who think and work differently. Throughout the program, participants explore essential leadership topics including communication, teamwork, goal setting, conflict resolution, motivation, coaching, and trust.
Participants will leave the program with practical tools they can immediately apply to improve workplace relationships, increase team effectiveness, and lead with confidence.
