Training Description
Artificial intelligence is becoming a valuable tool for project managers, helping teams organize work, improve communication, identify risks, and make more informed decisions. AI and Project Management introduces participants to practical ways AI can support project planning and execution while emphasizing that successful project management still relies on human expertise, judgment, and decision-making.
Through demonstrations, real-world examples, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to use AI to organize project information, develop project plans, identify and prioritize risks, improve stakeholder communications, and streamline routine project management tasks. Participants will also explore structured prompting techniques and best practices for verifying AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and reliability.
By the end of the course, participants will have a practical framework for incorporating AI into their project management workflows while maintaining quality, compliance, and accountability.
