Through hands-on instruction and guided practice, participants will learn the basics of file management, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email. Participants will explore topics such as: - Organizing, saving, and locating files using effective file management techniques.
- Creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word.
- Building simple spreadsheets and using basic formulas in Microsoft Excel.
- Designing clear, engaging presentations in PowerPoint.
- Composing, sending, and managing emails professionally.
