This four-week training series introduces practical strategies to manage energy, improve productivity, and prevent burnout. Participants will assess their current energy patterns, identify common energy drains, and learn techniques to create a more sustainable and focused work rhythm. Throughout the four one-hour sessions, trainees will complete a four-domain energy audit, explore ways to reduce cognitive load, establish healthy work boundaries, and develop a 30-day plan to optimize energy and performance both professionally and personally.
